We've all seen days like this when the sun bursts from behind a cloud with a fan of variegated rays of sunlight. It's not so uncommon. But I don't notice it other places around here. For some reason, it happens a lot here - over this field between the base and Grotenrath. I've driven by here many times to see skies like this and prettier. Today I actually decided to stop knowing that my time here is limited and I don't want to miss any more photo opportunities. If I would have planned better, I probably could have gotten at least 2 more church silhouettes in the background, but there just isn't a good place to stop. Time is going too quickly here. I'm already sad to go.
