Get your autographs now.

Tonight we were at a BBQ for some friends who are moving. It was dark. Everyone was talking. The music was loud - karaoke. The kids were running around. We were all outside.

Mama Mia came on as Kirk and I were talking together. We heard the singing. It was good. So we leaned over to look into the tent to see who was singing, and there was Elise with the microphone held close to her mouth singing "Mama Mia, here we go again..."

When we were leaving Elise strumming the guitar of a guy we know. He's in a band here. And Elise just stood there quietly, observantly, listening and strumming. "She has it in her," he says. "She's gifted. She has rhythm."

Which I knew. But. Wow. It's still great to hear. We sing a lot. She dances. But in Spain, guitar and piano could be in her future.
