Life: Idiotropic

These are the typical painted eggs that one can find in every grocery store and every bakery counter not only during Easter, but all year 'round. They are especially popular during Karneval, but people here eat a lot of hard-boiled eggs and so why need eat pretty ones? Last year we found these hidden among the flowers at the train station. Children were picking them up to eat. I still have my American aversion to any egg that's been out for any length of time, but people here do eggs differently. My girls didn't like these. They like the eggs I make. But, I still had to buy some and take pictures.
