Life: Idiotropic

Last night was a full moon. I wouldn't even had known, but Arianna read it on her calendar and asked me what it meant and when we'd have another one. That conversation came and went. Then late last night, forgetting about the moon's phase entirely, I found that I couldn't pass a window without stopping to look outside - not looking at the moon, but investigating. Where are those lights coming from? It was a very white light and it made our entire courtyard glow so brightly that I couldn't help but think that there were lights on - somewhere.

This morning, I dropped Elise off at school and explained to her teachers that she was very tired and had slept in one hour. Frau Gisbertz said it was the full moon. I've heard of that making cats and dogs crazy, but kids too? According to her, Elise - and others - are affected by the full moon and are more tired and sensitive than usual.
